G Creates DOES NOT accept returns for custom items. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at info@gcreates4you.com. Refunds are processed ONLY for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.
